After an unfortunate twist of events, Rukia is left obligated to lend her powers to Ichigo, but Ichigo unwillingly steal all of her energy. This power leads him to encounter Rukia Kuchiki, a Shinigami sent to the living world with the task of eliminating evil spirits known as Hollows. Led by Yhwach, the father of all Quincies, the Wandenreich declare war against the Soul Reapers with the following message: “Five days from now, the Soul Society will be annihilated by the Wandenreich.” The history and truth kept hidden by the Soul Reapers for a thousand long years is finally brought to light.Bleach tells of story of fifteen-year-old Ichigo Kurosaki, a High-school student who possesses the ability to interact with the dead. Finally, the Seireitei, home of the Soul Reapers, comes under attack by a group calling themselves the Wandenreich. They also receive separate reports of residents in the Rukon District having gone missing. Meanwhile, the Soul Society is observing a sudden surge in the number of Hollows being destroyed in the World of the Living. When new Soul Reapers and a new enemy appear in his hometown of Karakura, Ichigo jumps back into the battlefield with his Zanpakuto to help those in need. But with help from his friends, Ichigo overcame every challenge to become even stronger. As a Substitute Soul Reaper, Ichigo became caught in the turmoil of the Soul Society, a place where deceased souls gather. Was it all just a coincidence, or was it inevitable? Ichigo Kurosaki gained the powers of a Soul Reaper through a chance encounter. The anime will run for four seasons with 52 episodes in total. In case you’re unfamiliar, Thousand-Year Blood War is an anime adaptation of the Bleach manga’s final arc, and it is set to be the conclusion of the anime series. There are also reports that Europe also does not have the new Bleach anime.Īs Disney+ seems to have exclusivity on Bleach’s release outside Asia, it seems that some countries don’t have a way to watch the new Bleach anime yet, at least officially. For instance, there are reports that the Thousand-Year Blood War is not available in Latin America.
Take note though, availability may be an issue in some regions.
In the US, Thousand-Year Blood War streams on Hulu, while other countries can watch the anime exclusively on Disney+.
